Easy to use, makes excellent drinks
I bought this machine because I love espresso but didn't want to take the time to learn all the nuances of making the "perfect" cup. This machine is fantastic and I can't recommend it highly enough. My wife and I use it for espresso, coffee, cappuccino, and café latte. All results are excellent and the machine is easy to use and clean. Someday when I have more time, I'll get a manual espresso machine, but for now this machine is everything I need and makes excellent hot drinks.

I was gifted an upgrade to this superautomatic model for the holidays and couldn't be more grateful! I love all the different drinks I can make and how easy it is. I don't even have to froth the milk myself because the LatteGo feature does it for me! I especially love that I can use beans or ground coffee. It's not bulky or noisy and is really easy to clean. I'm honestly in love with my new machine!
