Shipping Policy
1. Free Premium Shipping
We're pleased to offer free, insured premium shipping on all our superautomatic espresso machines within the United States. There are no hidden fees or delivery charges.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed as quickly as possible:
- Orders placed on business days (Monday through Friday) before 2:00 PM EST are typically processed the same day and handed off to our shipping partner.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
3. Delivery Times
Our standard delivery times after shipping are:
- Continental US: 3–6 business days
- Alaska & Hawaii: 5–10 business days
Please note that these delivery times are estimates. External factors such as extreme weather, public holidays, or unforeseen delays from carriers may affect delivery time.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this link to check the status of your delivery on our carrier's website at any time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the system.
5. Undeliverable Packages & Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout (including apartment number, company name, etc.).
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we reserve the right to charge the customer for re-shipping costs.
- If the package cannot be left with a neighbor or at a pickup location and is returned to sender, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery.
6. Shipping Damage or Lost Packages
Your order is fully insured during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@melloa.shop.
If your package shows as delivered by the tracking but you have not received it, please contact us. We will promptly open an investigation with the carrier.
