3. Return Process

  2. After reviewing your request, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back. We strongly recommend using insured shipping with tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

6. Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Items)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same item, send us an email at info@melloa.shop with photos of the damage and we will initiate the exchange process.
